Guarantee

To give you complete peace of mind we offer a ‘no quibble’ guarantee, so you may return any product to us with 30 days, so long as it is unused and in mint condition and providing it has not been personalised.

We regret we cannot accept returns of personalised items.

Please re-pack the product using the same packaging materials supplied, ensuring corners are well protected and that the package is clearly labelled, and that you send a copy of the receipt, wherever you bought it.

Please email or call us with details of the item you wish to return or exchange and the order number and date.

Please ensure you get a receipt of despatch from the carrier when you despatch the parcel, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.

On receipt of the goods you will be eligible for a full refund on the item. If you require a refund the amount may be reimbursed using the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

If you choose to exchange the item, you may be required to pay an additional shipping charge. We suggest you contact us first to discuss the exchange before sending your order back.

Non- Delivery

We can not accept legal liability for claims of non-delivery that are reported outside of a 60 days period from the date the order was placed.

Where possible, we use recycled packaging. Please dispose of packaging responsibly. Plastic bags and bubble wrap must be kept away from children.
